1. The agreement
By installing or using MultiGroupPoster ("the extension"), you agree to these terms. If you don't, please uninstall the extension.
2. The licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension on browsers you control, in accordance with your subscription tier. Pro subscriptions are 1 licence = 1 user (tracked by Facebook account). Sharing a licence with another user is a violation.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the extension to post content you have the right to share to Facebook groups you are a legitimate member of. You may not use it to:
- Post content that violates Facebook's terms or community standards.
- Spam, harass, deceive, or defraud anyone.
- Post copyrighted content you don't have the right to share.
- Post adult content, illegal services, or anything that breaks applicable law.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the extension.
3a. Consequences of a violation
If we discover violations, we may suspend or terminate your licence without refund.
4. Non-affiliation with Meta / Facebook · Use at your own risk
MultiGroupPoster is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. Any reference to "Facebook" on this site is descriptive (we describe what the extension does) and does not imply any commercial or technical relationship. "Facebook", the Facebook logo, "Meta", and any related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here under nominative fair use.
Facebook's terms of service govern your use of Facebook. Using third-party automation tools is not officially endorsed by Facebook, and Facebook may at any time and at their sole discretion suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that they determine — for any reason — to violate their policies. You use the extension at your own risk and at your own responsibility. We design the extension to operate as conservatively and human-like as possible, but we make no warranty, guarantee, or representation that:
- Your Facebook account will not be flagged, restricted, or suspended.
- Posts will be accepted by every group, every time.
- Facebook will not change their platform in ways that break the extension's functionality temporarily or permanently.
4a. If that risk is unacceptable
If any of those outcomes is unacceptable to you, do not use the extension.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for: keeping your Facebook account safe (using safe pacing settings is your responsibility), keeping your subscription email address current, complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and ensuring your use of the extension complies with Facebook's terms of service. We are not responsible for any consequence imposed on you by Facebook arising from your use of the extension.
6. Refunds
See our refund policy for the full text. In brief: a 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase of a paid plan, with no reason required. After 14 days a payment is final — on the monthly plan and the annual plan alike, in full or in part, whether or not the product was used. Renewal charges are never refundable; cancel before the renewal date to avoid one.
Cancelling stops the next charge but does not withdraw access: paid features remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for. Nothing in this clause limits any right you hold under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
7. Pricing changes
We may update pricing for new subscriptions at any time. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for at least 12 months from any price-change announcement.
8. Disclaimers
The extension is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted availability or that it will work with every future Facebook update on the day of release. We patch breaking changes within 4–24 hours when they happen.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost Facebook accounts, lost revenue, or lost data.
10. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time via the dashboard. We may terminate for material breach of these terms or non-payment after 14 days notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, except that EU consumers retain the protections of their local consumer law.
