# Troubleshooting

Short answer

After each run MultiGroupPoster shows a result for every group with the reason when a post failed. The common causes are being signed out of Facebook, Facebook limiting how often you can post, a group that does not accept your posts, and a post waiting for an admin. Each has a clear next step below.

Every failed group shows the reason.

## Common messages

| Message | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| You're signed out of Facebook | Sign in to Facebook in the same Chrome profile, then retry. Three in a row stop the run. |
| Facebook restricted posting | Facebook is limiting how often you post. Wait 1 to 2 hours, vary your text, post to fewer groups. Three in a row stop the run. |
| Sent, waiting for the admin | The group reviews posts. Do not post it again; comments wait for the approval. |
| This group isn't accepting your post | The admins limit who can post. Read the group rules, or remove the group from the list. |
| No post box for you | Posting is limited or turned off in that group, or you are not a member. Open the group to check. |
| Usually the Page isn't a member | Posting as a Page: join the group as the Page, or post as yourself. |
| Facebook refused the photo upload | Retry that group, or use Safe. Convert iPhone HEIC photos to JPG. |
| Left out: got this same post in the last 20 hours | Not an error: it was not sent twice. |
| Your free posts are used up | Upgrade to Pro in the extension. See [pricing](https://multiplegroupposter.com/docs/pricing/). |
| Missed (scheduled post) | Chrome was closed or the computer was asleep for more than 2 hours. Use Post now or New time in the Queue. |
