# Limits

Short answer

MultiGroupPoster stops at 200 posts a day on every plan. By default it waits a random 3 to 6 minutes after every 1 to 3 posts, and the waits get longer as the day goes on. A post takes up to 10 photos or videos. These limits are built in to keep posting at a careful pace.

## Posts per day

- 200 posts per calendar day (from midnight, your time), on every plan. One post to one group counts as one.
- A run that would go past 200 shows a "Safety limit check" first. If you continue, it posts until it reaches 200 and stops. With no answer in 60 seconds, it cancels.
- A scheduled run that would go past 200 is skipped and shown as missed.
- The same post is not sent to the same group twice within 20 hours.
- Our guidance, not a guarantee: 50 to 100 posts a day for accounts older than a year, about 40 for accounts 6 to 12 months old, fewer for newer accounts. No tool can promise Facebook will never limit an account.

## Pacing between posts

At the default pacing, 50 groups take about three to four hours. The run continues on its own while Chrome is open.

- Default: a random pause of about 3 to 6 minutes after every 1 to 3 posts.
- The pause grows with the posts already sent that day: 1.5 times longer from 10 posts, 2.5 times from 30, 4 times from 60 and 6 times from 100.
- Runs to more than 60 groups add a few seconds (about 4 to 7) before every post.
- Your own setting: a wait of 1 to 60 minutes after every 1 to 50 posts, randomized if you choose.

## Photos, videos and text
