Pro Monthly is $9.99 a month and Pro Annual is $69.99 a year. The free plan has 6 posts, one time, with no card. ### What is the free plan limit? 6 posts, one time. Each group counts as one post, so one post to 6 groups uses all 6. Share to groups has its own 6 free shares. ### Does it work on a phone? No. It is a Chrome extension and phones cannot install extensions. Use Chrome (or Edge or Brave) on a Windows, Mac, Linux or ChromeOS computer. ### Can I post as my Facebook Page? Yes. Pick the Page under "Posting as". It works in groups where the Page is a member and Pages are allowed, and the Page's own feed can be a target too. ### Can it add a comment later, not right away? Yes. Up to 3 comments per post, right after it or up to 24 hours later, in Fast and Safe. If the post waits for approval, the comments wait too, for up to about 2 days. ### How do I cancel? Email support@multiplegroupposter.com from the address on your account. It is cancelled the same day and Pro stays on until the end of the paid period. There is no cancel button in the extension. ### Can I get a refund? Once per customer, within 7 days of the first payment, with no reason needed. After 7 days, and for renewals, there is no refund. ### How many groups can I post to a day? MultiGroupPoster stops at 200 posts a day. Our guidance is 50 to 100 a day for accounts older than a year, with the default pauses on. ### Can I connect it to Claude or ChatGPT? Yes, through the MCP server at https://mcp.multiplegroupposter.com/mcp. Claude connects with one click from the extension. ChatGPT can post only on Business and Enterprise plans. ### Will my Facebook account get blocked? No tool can promise that. MultiGroupPoster posts from your own session with pauses between posts, a 200-a-day limit and Spintax, which lowers the risk. Posting too much can still get an account limited. ### Does MultiGroupPoster get my Facebook password? No. It uses the Facebook session already open in your Chrome. Your password never reaches our servers.
