# First comment and delayed comments

Updated October 28, 2026 · [Markdown version](https://multiplegroupposter.com/docs/comments.md)

Short answer

MultiGroupPoster can add up to 3 comments under each group post, for a link, hashtags or a call to action. The first can go right after the post or later, up to 24 hours. It works with Fast and Safe. If the post waits for admin approval, the comments wait too, for up to about 2 days.

Set the comment text and when it goes out.

## What you can set

- Up to 3 comments per post, each up to 1,000 characters with one photo. Spintax works in comments.
- Timing: right after the post, or a delay of up to 24 hours (quick choices: 15 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours). Comments are at least 10 minutes apart.
- Works with both posting methods, Fast and Safe.
- Up to 150 comments a day, counted separately from the 200 posts.

## Posts waiting for approval

When a group holds the post for an admin, the comment waits. MultiGroupPoster checks again after about 30 minutes, 1.5 hours, 4 hours, 10 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours. If the post is still not approved after that, the comment is not sent and the result says the admin did not approve the post within 48 hours.

## Chrome must be open

Comments are posted from your Chrome. If the computer was asleep or Chrome was closed and a comment is more than 6 hours late, it is skipped rather than posted out of context.
