# Cancel and refunds

Short answer

To cancel, email support@multiplegroupposter.com from the address on your account; it is cancelled the same day and Pro stays on until the end of the paid period. A refund is available once per customer, within 7 days of the first payment, with no reason needed. Renewals are not refundable.

## Cancel

There is no cancel button inside the extension. The "Cancel subscription" button there shows the support address.

1. Email [support@multiplegroupposter.com](mailto:support@multiplegroupposter.com) from the email address on your account and ask to cancel.
2. It is cancelled the same day and you get a confirmation email. Renewal stops from the date you wrote.
3. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.

## Refunds

The full policy is on [/refund/](https://multiplegroupposter.com/refund/). If it and this page ever differ, the refund policy page applies.

- Once per customer, within 7 days of your first payment, for a Pro Monthly or Pro Annual plan. No reason needed.
- After 7 days there is no refund, in full or in part, on either plan.
- Renewals are never refundable. A reminder email goes out 3 days before each renewal.
- A customer who already got a refund cannot get another one on a new subscription.
- To ask: email support with "Refund request" in the subject and the purchase date. We reply within one business day; the bank usually shows the money in 5 to 10 business days.
- Your legal rights where you live (for example the EU and UK 14-day right, or Brazil's 7 days) are not reduced by this policy.
