# Buy and sell groups

Updated October 28, 2026 · [Markdown version](https://multiplegroupposter.com/docs/buy-and-sell.md)

Short answer

From a personal profile, Facebook buy and sell groups accept only listings (an item, a vehicle or a home for rent), not regular posts. MultiGroupPoster recognises those groups in your lists, fills a listing from your post and sends it to up to 20 of them, at most 3 listings a day.

Buy and sell groups in a list get the listing.

## Rules

More detail: [Post one listing in many buy and sell groups](https://multiplegroupposter.com/facebook-buy-and-sell-group-poster/).

- One listing goes to at most 20 groups. At most 3 listings are sent a day.
- The same listing never goes to the same group twice within 24 hours.
- Profile only. Facebook keeps Pages out of Marketplace, so a Page cannot list.
- The listing goes first, then the regular post goes to the other groups in the list.
- Without a listing, buy and sell groups are left out of the run and the result explains why. It is not a block.
- Facebook reviews a new listing before it shows (usually a few minutes), so do not send it again.
